Responsibilities
- Record daily accounting transactions (sales, purchases, expenses)
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Manage Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
- Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance)
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping for multiple clients
- Ensure timely monthly closing and data accuracy
- Support finance and tax teams with clean financial data
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience
- Hands-on experience with Odoo Accounting, Zoho, QB
- Strong understanding of debit & credit and chart of accounts
- Good Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and deadlines
- Ability to work remotely and handle multiple clients
- Good written and spoken English
Nice to have
- Experience working with UAE-based clients
- Basic knowledge of VAT
- Previous remote work experience
- Experience handling high-volume transactions
